"Have been getting drinks here for the last year and the staff is really friendly. Recently the drinks have become more ice than drink though. I transferred a 32 oz into a 16 oz cup at home comfortably. Friendly staff but if I am paying for $9 for a beverage, I expect to get a little closer to the advertised amount. Edit - This has been addressed after a few more recent visits I’ve been very happy with what I’ve received."

"My Fiance and I came by looking forward to a nice hot cappuccino on a cold day . I’ve always been fond of Cafe Elite at every location and wanted to share the joy with him . This was how much cappuccino compared to FOAM there was . We turned back around to let the barista know and she said that’s what your ordered and that’s what it is, half milk/foam . Totally dismissed the point ! Just disappointing and unsatisfied ."

"Amazing coffee. I stopped here while I was waiting for the results of my roommates COVID-19 test next door. The girl who made the coffee was super friendly and the coffee was excellent. I will be stopping here next time I am in the area. Coffee 5/5 Service 5/5 Speed 5/5"

"Pulled up with one car at the window. The employee and customer were talking and laughing very loudly. After about five mins, the customer gets her drink, and they continue talking and laughing very loudly. Another car pulls up behind me, so I can't back up and leave. About ten mins later the employee pokes her head out and looks at my car. They both continue talking and laughing loudly. Another five mins later the car finally leaves. I just continue forward and the employee yells, "hello!" I did not want to give anymore of my time, and of course not any of my money to this place."

"used to be good, quality of the products have massively dropped. from hard/crunchy and moldy tasting bagels to the whip cream having either powder or just not mixed well. i really only recemend the energy drinks or hot coffee without the whip. but the service of the employees are great. +A tier!"
