What People Are Saying
from Google"My boyfriend and I are super excited that we have a Cutter's Point close by to us. I finally got to visit to redeem my birthday drink so I got to check out the store. The location is very bright and cozy. They have plenty of seats and tables to accommodate solo or larger parties. One of my favorite spots of the shop is the wall of coloring pages done. I also asked them if they allow dogs and they do allow well behaved dogs and owners must clean up after their pets if any accidents occur. The staff welcome you inside once you step in. The cashier and barista were both courteous and efficient. I ordered a 24oz guava mango smoothie and it was made to perfection. The consistency of the smoothie was the best and you can taste both the guava and mango. I look forward to visiting them more often as they are one of the best coffee spots."
"YUM! Great service, great food, and great coffee! I love getting a white mocha with almond milk, and they even make it less hot when I request it! Other stands I go to make it too hot to even hold with a sleeve, even when I request warm/less hot. I’ve tried their burrito, a breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll, and different flavored lattes- they’re all so yummy and made with consistency so I know it’s going to be delicious every time. The food is still warm when I order Door Dash on hangover Sundays!"
"I normally don’t leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I believe it’s important to share my experience this time. I’ve been coming to this coffee shop almost every day since they first opened I used to really enjoy it. A few months ago I got a coffee to go, and while I was drinking it, I found a long hair inside. The manager apologized and offered a free drink, and while I appreciated the gesture, the way it was handled made me feel like it wasn’t being taken very seriously. It was unpleasant and made me hesitant to come back, but I decided to try again. Unfortunately, my experience today wasn’t much better. I ordered a 20oz iced Americano (3 shots) and just asked to have it in a 24oz cup because I prefer a little more water not extra espresso. When I got the drink, it was completely full of ice my straw couldn’t even go in. I told them It’s little too much ice, so they removed some from the cup. I then asked if they could fill the rest with water, and the girl who took my order told me that next time they need to charge extra or I need to order a 24oz Americano and ask to remove one shot. That response really didn’t make sense to me. I wasn’t asking for extra coffee or anything additional just a bit more water in a larger cup. I’ve ordered this same way few times before with no issue."
"I had such a great experience this morning! The barista Liz was just the sweetest and helped me try a new drink which turned out to be amazing! Definitely try the white chocolate maple latte when you come by you won’t be disappointed!! The atmosphere is amazing my favorite place to sit is on the couch next to the fireplace. Definitely check it out if you haven’t yet you’ll love it!!!"
"I visited this café two days in a row, and unfortunately, both times I had a very unpleasant experience with the person taking orders. I asked for something very simple — a short hot latte, nothing complicated — yet she acted as if she didn’t understand me at all. It honestly felt like they had just been pulled out of bed and told, “You’re working at the café today,” with no idea what they were doing. Asking for something extra, like a glass of water, turned into a confusing back-and-forth, with constant questions that made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt insecure and out of place, which is not how anyone should feel in a café. If this happened just once, I’d let it go — but it happened two days in a row, with different people with me, and everyone left with the same impression. I honestly don’t know what kind of service they’re aiming for or how they plan to interact with customers going forward, but this is not the way to treat people. Unfortunately, I no longer have the desire to return."
