"We had an excellent tour today with Calvin. We were very pleased with what we saw as we are looking at moving to Federal Way and want to stop by here to get the vibe for the area. Calvin did a wonderful job explaining the facility and how people are using the amenities. This really was a positive aspect to our concerning a federal way as the location for our new home."

"I drive here from about 40 minutes away a few times a year with my small children to use the open swim time. Today I didn't remember what time it ended, let alone when the whole building shut down. I'm clearly not a member, and I heard no warnings from the staff. We got out of the pool at 4:45. I know, bc I was watching the clock and dragging my kids out of there. We are changing our clothes in the family cabanas, and I come out to the life guards standing there, I say, oh sorry, are you guys closing? They say yes, and I hurry to get my kids dressed. Long story short, a man walks into the family locker room and tells me again 1 and a half minutes after I just found out that it's even closing time. I promise you, we were not brushing hair or putting on lotion or lolly gagging in any way. I felt terrible after the interaction. Really upsetting the way he was talking to me. I said, I have little children and we are going as fast as we can, he replied, "everyone has little children." I also told him I'm not a member, I'm from out of town and I didn't know what time they closed. Finally I said, I'd probably go faster if he wasn't talking to me, and he replied, "I doubt it.". Guys, my little girl was in the locker room crying, I was putting our towels and clothes into our bag the whole time I was talking to this man... He just really made me feel awful. I was clearly doing my best, and it was a simple misunderstanding.. as soon as I saw the life guards, I knew we had to hurry and get out of there. I was not taking advantage of anyone's time, I've worked the closing shift as a retail worker, I get it. I was doing the best I could, all while trying to simply get my three little kids clothes on with a man in the family locker room hassling me. Was that really necessary??"

"Excellent, clean facilities (much cleaner than LAF). The day pass is an excellent alternative to a monthly gym membership, especially if lap swimming is part of your routine. The fitness/workout area is small vs LAF, but well equipped. Excellent lap pool monitored by lifeguards and controlled to avoid conflicts between lap swimmers and walkers."

"I called for the prices for the Halloween Event, A lady on the phone told me the price will be 6 dollars at the door. I arrived at the community center the lady at the front desk told me it is going to be 10 dollars per kid? I informed the front desk I was told differently on the phone. Than this young African American girl who was at the front desk working decided to get in the conversation and had a nasty attitude problem extremely unprofessional. They did not want to keep the promise that was told to me over the phone. A lady behind me was very confused as well and said the same was told to her it is going to be 6 dollars. I had to bite down on my tongue at the african American girl because she started to say things under her breath because my wife told me. I kept my cool and stayed professional in front of the family's. Event was fun, the kids had fun. It wasn't about the money but it was about keeping a promise and giving respect."

"Don't waste your money on this place. Half the classes and programs they have get cancelled before it even starts. Ive signed my daughters up for dance three times and each were cancelled before it started with no warning to parents Just an email a few days before saying the class is cancelled. Do you know how disappointing that is to kids to be excited for a class for weeks just to have it cancelled the day before? I signed my kids up for swim, they've literally been counting down the days in their calendar just to get an email saying the class was cancelled. I call the community center and no one knows what i'm talking. She just said yeah looks like it was cancelled, I don't know why. HORRIBLE service. Don't go."
