"This was the first Gravity Coffee to open in Federal Way and I'm glad to see them still thriving and serving fantastic drinks. This drive thru has two ways to order from and the staff here is great about going out to grab drink orders during busy times. They have your drink pretty much ready to go by the time you get to the front and even if you just ordered from them, they make their drinks pretty fast. We usually have our fur babies with us and the baristas are always so friendly and offer pup cups/treats for them. The drinks here are always made perfectly. They always accommodate my light ice or no ice accommodations fairly well, especially compared to other coffee drive thrus. Hot drinks are also never too scalding hot but the perfect temperature to enjoy immediately."

"I just ordered chocolate shake and cookie , the she asked me for 18.79$ i paid then i asked for a receipt she wasn't happy when i did, turned out she added a bagel she added dollar of chocolate shake that's made of chocolate and added chocolate 1$ , we t back to her she said oh thats weird i don't know how it got in there, she said she will refund it , i don't think so"

"So I show up at 7:39pm there are 3 cars on one side and 4 cars on the other side. So I pull up behind the side with 3 cars. My side got 2 cars done the other side got 2 cars done, at 8:03pm the car in front me pulls up to window pulls aways fast I pull up to be informed that they will no longer take orders because it is after 8pm. Which I just waited in line since 7:39pm. There was also three people working that night. I asked why they didn't have somebody come out and tell us that they couldn't help us. They said that they were too behind and they need to clean before they leave at 9pm. I will not be returning to another Gravity. Not my first bad experience, on top of $10 just for a lemonade. And I've tried to reach management and no reply back."

"I only come to this location because of Niki’s excellent customer service. There aren’t a lot of drive thru coffee shops anymore that provide the positive atmosphere like Niki does, she always has a smile on her face ready to serve and make your day brighter!"

"i love all the chicks that work at this stand we come ALL the time. BUT lately since Callie started she has been talking crap making up lies about conversations inside my car!!! 1st off mind your business and do your job. now she glares and makes side comments at me. i've never said anything rude to her or acted mean or disrespectful to her. i don’t deserve to come to this shop and be treated like this when I've done nothing wrong. I went as far as sending an email to her boss and nothing has been fixed. All these girls are amazing ladies. thank you for reading Tabatha!!!"
