"Absolute worst latte I've ever had. 16oz triple - tasted like it's been made with 3 shots of drip coffee. It was more like "vaguely coffee flavored water". Avoid this place if you want a decent latte."

"I was in town 2 separate days about 3 days apart. 1st visit great customer service, got a great dinner recommendation. Only thing was to much chocolate in my mocha, couldn't taste coffee. 2nd visit i mentioned a little less mocha, customer service not as friendly still too much chocolate and I was charged $2 more for the same drink. I know mistakes get made specially when busy, not a deal breaker for me but, not the best experience."
