"One of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional coffee shop experiences I’ve had. This location clearly prioritizes drive through, yet when we walked inside we were completely ignored, even though there were no cars outside. Instead, the baristas continued a personal conversation with a male customer who was openly asking if one of the young employees wanted to take down his phone number. Standing there waiting while that played out was awkward and inappropriate. When we were finally acknowledged, our order could not have been simpler: two small Americanos, one hot and one iced. Somehow this had to be repeated twice. Then we were told our total, only to find out the barista added a $1 tip for herself without asking or even mentioning it. This isn’t about the amount of money, it’s about the audacity and entitlement of deciding you deserve a tip without providing even basic service. That alone is enough to never return. To top it all off, the coffee was awful… burnt, stale, and genuinely tasted like cigarette butts. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere, lack of professionalism, and shockingly entitled behavior, this place is an easy pass. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but save your money and go literally anywhere else."

But lately I've been so disappointed lately not only with the drinks, but the service(horrible customer service). I'm always about supporting local but, for sure today was my last chance. It's not the same anymore. I will not be going back."
