"I am loyal to this location and the one on 20th. I probably visit both locations every single day, all year round. One for my afternoon drink and one for my evening drink. This location had an amazing employee (well many fun, kind, and great employees work here) but one who stood out from the rest when it came to customer service and kindness. He now works somewhere else which is great for him! I love coming here to get the best mad hatter combinations. I am always treated with kindness and given the best service. They go out of their way to make your drink the way you like it. I love this location and will continue to be a loyal customer."

"It is 1:30pm on Wednesday Jan 31st, something I’m sure you can see when I post this review lol. I just went by wake up call coffee in downtown Kennewick and asked for a shaken espresso. The beautiful brunette with long hair went out of her way to make it for me and I have to say this might be the BEST coffee I have ever had at wake up call. She was so friendly and when I drove off and tried it I didn’t have a chance to tell her how good it was and what a great job she did. So I hope she will see this review. She is friendly, good at making coffee, and so great for business!"
