"yummy drink!! You can never go wrong with bigfoot java, and this was no exception. The wait time was a bit outrageous though! It took them 30 minutes to clear 3 cars from the line, and there were no large orders. In comparison to other coffee stands, they had more staff and longer waits, which doesnt really add up. Nice people though!"

"If I could, I would give zero stars. Please, avoid this BFJ. I have never had any issues with BFJ from Puyallup to the one in Renton. When I absolutely have to go here, there are always issue. It was yesterday 10/26 between 3:30 and 4:15pm. I waited in line for 30 minutes and waited another 8-10 minutes for my one drink to be made. There were only 3 cars ahead of me but one was leaving. I couldn’t leave as I was already stuck between cars. There were 4 staff members. The hold up? They were just slowly making the drinks while they talked the whole time! About their cars, plans, etc. I understand talking during work hours but pausing to talk, I’m sure they’re not getting paid to talk and not work. When I drove up to the window, I wasn’t even greeted. There was no “hello” just “what can I get you?” Poor customer service, long wait times, rude, and unprofessional."

"I've never been to a more incompetent Bigfoot Java and/or coffee shop. I've been here about 7 times at this point so I feel that is enough to give an encompassing review. I've never had it take me just 6 minutes to get my order out, I have my order down to a science and I often get interrupted and get asked multiple times about something I've said. Each time I've been here it's taken 35+ minutes to get my drink (in a 3 car line typically). Just absurd and annoying. Won't be going here anymore and you probably shouldn't either if you value your time and patience."
