"I used to stop by this Gravity Coffee location occasionally, and most employees were polite and professional. That’s no longer the case. The woman who helped me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. That single interaction was enough for me to stop coming here. Management seriously needs to rethink their hiring process and make sure employees are properly trained before working with customers. Completely unacceptable experience.😡😡😡"

"Stopped here for some coffee. First time here and I was very happy with my service. Drive through was pretty quick considering its hand made coffees. I ordered 2 each 24oz Iced Americanos and they were great. Nice menu. I look forward to trying more items soon!"
