"Absolutely loved this place! They make their syrups, boba, don’t use powders or cheap solutions and it definitely shows. We love bubble teas in my house so I was so happy to try this place out. Their quality is excellent, their variety is immense, and very easily customizable. Staff were very welcoming and service was fast. I got a delicious 800 folds brown sugar milk tea and added a shot of espresso on top. My friend got a mangojicha seasonal special and she said it was fantastic. I will definitely be back!"

"Update in response to the owner: You clearly have no clue what customer service here, nor what customer satisfaction. The drink I got looks nothing like the photo. You have lost my interest in trying this place again, we used to love going to Woodinville location, great drinks and friendly service but it seems opening new locations have made you greedy and less customer friendly. This was my drink, as you can see it's milk. I ordered the brown sugar one with boba, there was hardly any boba and apparently this drink doesn't have tea. I've never had. A brown sugar boba milk tea that doesn't have tea. I went back and asked them to add more tea but they said it actually doesn't have tea so why was I charged 10$ including tip for a cup of milk and sugar. I wish I could give zero. Staff were nice so this is not their fault but really false advertising and bad drink."

"Another first for me. Okay when in Kirkland, WA, if you want a little snack and refreshment stop by this place. They may have more than one location in WA (I don’t know). Anyway, the drinks are amazing. I’ve went to a few different Boba/Coffee/Milk Tea shops but this one really stands out. So I’m such a Taro Ube fan of course I ordered the Ube Cheesecake Milk Tea. Let me tell you, my drink tasted really creamy, not too sweet, and I wanted to savor the drink cause the flavor was so good. I did come back a second time before I left town cause it was that good to me. Oh by the way they also sell pastries and some other goodies. Service: there’s only been one person at a time that I’ve seen. So a line could form up. Like when the first time I came it took a minute to get our order but, it was worth the wait. And when you get your drink they put a cute little message and it just makes you feel good and it’s cute! Ambiance: ummm it pink themed and plants all around which I love. But this a place where you order them leave lol. There’s no where to sit."

"I'm happy Bobae opened a location here! This is smaller than their Woodinville location with no seating, but it is very cute and effective and blends in with the high foot traffic style of the downtown Kirkland area. It is within walking distance to the Waterfront- a perfect place to enjoy the treats on a nice day. To save on wait time in line and for your order to be prepared, you can order ahead online and it can be ready when you arrive. My favorite drinks are the Bobaejicha and Red White Matcha, as well as their seasonal specialty matcha drinks such as with ube, red bean, blueberry, and mango. They pride themselves on quality, non-artificial ingredients. The price point is higher than the norm. However, the desserts and pastries are not my taste. I've found the macarons to be overly sweet to a point that the intended flavor is overpowered. The matcha cookie and tart were lacking in matcha taste. I also believe in the integrity of business owners and have found the shaming and self-victimizing tone of their responses to customers' less-than-perfect feedback (that you can see for yourself) extremely off-putting and contradictory to their stated values."
