What People Are Saying
from Google"A newer Mercury Coffee location has opened near Whole Foods in Totem Lake Plaza. The shop is small, so expect a 10–20 minute wait at times, but the coffee is excellent—much better than Starbucks. I also appreciate that the owner actively supports local boat racing events, which adds a nice community touch."
"My ultimate favorite coffee place ever! This organic espresso is the smoothest, best tasting and extremely satisfying. I highly recommend drinking espresso from Mercury Coffee Co. always fresh, hot/cold your choice and delicious. I frequent several locations. This was the latest. Ordered a late lunch. Turkey Provolone Croissant along with White ChocolateAmericano! This made the day. The workers very friendly, upbeat and helpful. They have tables and chairs to sir , eat, work and mingle with others. Very clean inside, they also sell merchandise along with signature coffee, flavors etc."
"I was excited to have a Mercury Coffee near me since I heard good things about them. But man, this place was disappointing in all aspects. Parking is limited so if it gets busy, you might have to park across the street and walk over. I been here twice in a week hoping that my first trip was just a fluke but it wasn't. There was so many things that was wrong: 1) they messed up my order twice. The first time I ordered the cruffin with the bacon bits on top, they gave me the ones without, good thing I checked and they were able to change it. The second time I got a chipotle sandwich with a side of pickle and chips. They didn't give me the pickle... 2) originally I was going to order from the app but since I was already in the area, I went inside instead. On the app, it allows you to get the sandwich without the side, which subtract 75 cent from the total cost, but in store, they didn't let me do that at all... 3) food wise, everything was too big for one person to eat by themselves, they could make things smaller and cheaper in my opinion. I got a variety of items in between the 2 visits and the most disappointing items were the croissant and the butter cake... croissant was not flaky and had no layers, more bread like. The butter cake would have been ok if they told me to warm it up but they didn't... Overall not my cup of tea"
"Honestly had high hopes for this mercury’s but it’s just constant disappointment, The girls here have the nastiest attitude and constantly make the wrong drinks, Is it hard to look at the screen and make what’s written on the screen? Every single time i come here i spend about 45-60 dollars for food and drinks for my team and yet every time they screw up the whole order. We always also for no redbull in one of our italian sodas due to my co worker having a heart condition but every single time they always add it in. When asking to ensure there’s no redbull these girls give attitude and in response. Keep in mind i wouldn’t have to ask if you actually made my drinks right. I’ll go ahead and take my money elsewhere."
"Service was amazing and the two giant cookies were great. My only gripe is that I paid $42 for two drinks, two cookies, a cheesecake, and a butter cake, but the butter cake was not included in our to go bag. We didn’t realize this until we were on the road and since we live in an hour away, it wasn’t worth it to come back for a cake. The pumpkin cheesecake tasted like freezer, so that wasn’t great. Parking is also extremely limited. Otherwise, customer service was good and the place was amazing."
