The chocolate almond croissant is so easy to recommend, same with their savory breakfast croissant that comes with a few slices of bacon baked onto it. Service was fast (and better than the Bellevue location) which was a concern for me."

"EDITING THIS REVIEW BASED ON RESPONSE Completely greedy raising prices yet again - then knocking the gift cards discount down to 10% from 26% last year in anniversary sale. Brilliant! Furthermore, your coupons in the ValuePak used to be good for weeks - now you’ve whittled the valid date down to literally a few days. I think Mercury is the only company advertising in ValuPak that does that - what a joke. What used to be a $7 cup of coffee a couple of years ago is now pushing $11 after a $1 tip. COMMENTS - Disappointed by your response - I reiterate that my coffee has gone from roughly $7 to over $10 (with a $1 tip, close to $11) in a relatively short period of time. That's a > + 40% increase! I know your recent price hike was relatively modest - nothing close to 40%. Something doesn't make sense.... for only one price hike as you suggest! Thank you for also ignoring the fact that for YEARS - Mercury offered gift cards at a discount. Last year - I'm pretty sure it was approximately a 26% discount, 25% the year before and 24% the year before. The discounts made the coffee prices somewhat more tolerable. I've been a long time loyal customer. I reload every year during the anniversary sale - this year - only 10%. Wow - what happened..... I just can't support a company that increases prices like Mercury has chosen to do. I vote with my feet! Mercury's usually does have great coffee - However, I purchased my Nespresso today at Costco! When my gift cards are done - so am I. Zero interest in paying more than $10 for a cup of coffee..."
