"I stopped by Snoqualmie Ice Cream in Kirkland and had such a great experience! I ordered a cloud matcha, and it was absolutely perfect — smooth, not overly sweet, and so refreshing. The shop itself is spotless and has a modern, welcoming vibe. The real highlight though was the staff. Every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and had such a great attitude. They were attentive, quick to serve, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. You can tell they care about making people’s day better, not just serving drinks. Whether you’re here for ice cream, boba, or just a little pick-me-up, this place nails it in both flavor and service. "I got the perfect jasmine milk tea with boba, and it was soooooo good. it wasn’t too sweet unlike other boba stores so it was perfect. the inside feels so clean and sleek with plenty of drink options. Kpop in the background lightened the mood too, loved it. 10/10, definitely recommend."

"We got Jasmine milk tea with golden pearls and it amounted to $7 + tax. The taste of the tea was light though it did have a nice tea aroma. The golden pearls had an interesting texture - more crunchy than chewy. Overall giving it a 3 star because of the high price and the fact that half of it was crushed ice. (Ps: the crushed ice easily goes up the thick straw, so be careful when you sip)"
