"Service was great. Coffee was fantastic. However, this place is called Top Pot DONUTS so one would expect the donuts to be the standout product. They are not! Their donuts are made the day before at another location and shipped to this satellite location each morning. The strangest part is that the location has no ability to heat up these day old donuts. Who wants day old, cold donuts? Might as well grab donuts from a convenient store. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything more than the coffee."

"Pricy, but a nice occasional treat. The Pot Holes are a great way to sample a variety of flavors, plus seasonal offerings. My favorite is their raspberry flavor, very natural tasting. Try the Opal cold brew - super smooth and sweet, not too sweet. I've only visited this location once in-person, but they were very polite and courteous."

"I came in from a long commute with my baby and I was going to buy a water to use the restroom, and Ryan was so friendly and welcoming that he gave me an ice water and let me use the restroom with my baby. Excellent service and amazing coffee shop!!!!"

"Located in Juanita Village shopping area, it's a decent sized location with both indoor and outdoor seating. Staff are friendly and helpful. Like other Top Pot stores, it has a variety of freshly baked donuts available for purchase from classic "old fashioned" donuts (plain / original glazed / maple glazed / chocolate glazed) to donuts with sprinkles, custard cream filled, cookies and creme, cinnamon twists and beyond. Along with donuts, they sell a variety of barista type coffees. Be aware, it is a VERY popular location and there have been ocassions when we have gone to buy a dozen donuts at 11am and there is a minimal selection left for sale. A tip from the server is to order in advance online to ensure you get the selection of donuts you like. I have not done this yet but I thought I'd share the knowledge, especially if you want them for a special ocassion. Oh and when the Seahawks are playing they have glazed donuts with navy, green and white sprinkles. Cute for kids and adults alike!"

"Best doughnuts in Kirkland!! Wide variety with lots of different dietary options. I also had a great iced coffee that was made right in house, perfect to pair with the doughnuts. Staff was super helpful and patient helping decide on doughnuts. Can’t wait to be back in town for more."
