"Good lattes for sure with a wide variety of seasonal variations. Great outdoor seating area but inside it’s pretty cramped. I was disappointed yes with my order because I had asked for “here” and the coffee was in a ceramic cup but the pastries were wrapped in wrapping and in a bag instead of in a plate. I understand that to-go is a better option for them so there’s not that many people inside, but I had wanted to enjoy it all inside. The almost pinwheel was a bit dry and the chocolate cookie way too sweet even for my daughter Thanks for having a water station though. Really appreciate it"

I had the mocha—it was decent, could be better. There’s free street parking, though it might be tough to find on weekends. It’s a great spot to grab a drink, stroll through the neighborhood for some window shopping, and walk down to Juanita Beach. A lovely way to spend a morning."
