"Ordered a Cortado with a pump of mocha. Got espresso with whip cream no milk. Server didn't seem interested in her job. It was busy though so i understand mistakes can be made. But also means i couldn't go back to get the order fixed. In general their coffee is good though. This review is about order experience not the coffee."

"Terrible customer service!!! 6:02 and all we wanted was information on how we can get a gift card - and to talk to someone. We motioned through the window we did not want a coffee but just had a question and they wouldn’t open the window to talk to us. Yet another car pulled up and they opened the window to talk to the person for a brief moment. The least you can do is speak to a customer without ignoring them 120 seconds after you close."
