"I waited 15 minutes only to get a refund instead of the items I ordered. At 10:30 AM, when the café was very busy, I ordered some bakery items from the cashier. My total came to $14 for four items, but I only received one item. I stood by the cashier, waiting for the remaining three, but they never came. After 15 minutes, I asked about my missing items. Instead of preparing them, they asked for my payment card again and handed it back to me with two receipts—one showing $14 and the other showing $2. I wasn’t given any explanation until I asked, and only then did they tell me they had refunded me instead of fulfilling my order. I understand that they were busy, but issuing a refund without my request or informing me first feels disrespectful to the customer."

"Good prices, good food! The hot chocolate is actually good which is not common for cafes these days I've noticed. The pastries are tasty and you can tell they were made recently. Everything I've had so far has been great."
