"Coffee drive thru place. No walk up window, but they'll let you walk up to the drive thru window. People are very nice and they have a good amount of sugar free options. Coffee is getting more expensive all over and this is mid-range price. Overall, I'd come again"

"The ONLY reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to price. My iced coffee, a 16oz with caramel/cream/sugar, cost $6.70. To me, that is pricey for a simple iced coffee. HOWEVER, the customer service is amazing. The staff are kind and patient. I even heard them greeting customers by their names, which shows how they provide positive experiences and retain customers. This has been the best tasting iced coffee I’ve had within the Lakewood/JBLM area. Instead of going to Starbucks or Dutch Bros, I recommend stopping by Cutter’s Point for quality coffee & customer service."
