"Gravity coffe has the best coffee I've ever tasted! The girls where super nice and had great customer service skills. My coffee wasn’t quite right and when I pulled back around they fixed it right away with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how easy and friendly they were about it. Definitely coming back!"

"Went in today, and got surprised my rewards got me a free drink which was great. The barista serving me was kind and attentive. Got my drink, later went to work and opened my cup to cool off a little (something I always do) to find that the 24 ounce coffee I have ordered was missing a few ounces. I'm not sure if it's because it was free they don't fill the cup or if they use the foam as a way to trick the customer. Either way not satisfied, I ordered this drink before plenty of times and theirs more coffee than foam when I pay for it. 12 coffees later you'd expect the same thing."

"The ladies were nice but speaking to them on the other side of a sliding glass door wasn't the best. I felt like they couldn't hear me and that might have led to the miscommunication of my order. I ordered the blended White coffee drink and I received a blended white coffee mocha which I guess is different because what I got didn't look anything like the item from the online menu I saw. Maybe add different names to similar sounding drinks to avoid confusion in the future. Also I wasn't asked if I wanted a straw and drove off without them. That part was my fault I suppose because now I'm eating my coffee with a spoon 🤣"

"I do enjoy their drinks but there is one individual that somehow waters them down? Like the color of the Retrograde or Supernova seem to be “clear colors” than their retrospective vibrant colors- They will taste more like soda water. She’s nice (she has long black hair) but somehow my drinks are not consistent when she makes them."

"I like the drink selection here, the Interstellar is delicious and my go too. I wish they had a larger food selection that included breakfast sandwhiches and/or burritos. Also, they need to work on their speed. It takes them a very long time to get through a line, so try to go when they are less busy."
