I went the other day for my first time I went to get the kids a drink for being good while I was doing laundry and Mia helped me she was so incredibly sweet and beautiful! she saw all I had was enough for the kids and she made me a free coffee and when I came back she remembered me and things that I said top notch service so sweet so nice and my coffee this morning was so good the best coffee from a shop I’ve had in a long time"

In fact, they even went above and beyond to remake a drink for me that had been messed up at another Gravity, something that really meant a lot to me, especially since the other barista seemed to mess it up on purpose. The team here handled the situation with so much kindness and comfort, and it honestly made my whole day better. I’ll always come back to this location.
