"I was introduced to this place two years ago. I’ve been to thousands of restaurants around the US. This is, by far, the highest, most consistent best customer service I have ever seen. I came here after my dad passed, on days where I was so depressed I didn’t know what else could lift me up… I never told them when I was going through all that stuff and they gave me the best experience ever. Just what I needed. Every time. And the Boba is hella good! They have given me so many drinks for free EVEN WHEN I INSISTED I PAY THEM. I’ve had to leave cash on the counter and just walk away! Haha I love these guys. The employees always seem like they genuinely love working there, even though that much work into the customer experience takes a lot out of you in a shift. I love these guys. I hope the stick around forever!"

"I wish I had visited BocoPop sooner because the staff is so incredibly kind and the boba is spectacular! I did not catch the name of the employee who made our drinks, but he was very sweet and the conversation felt natural. He asked us questions to help us figure out which drink we liked and he was spot on with his suggestions!! Additionally, the boba was definitely the best I have ever had! I will definitely be coming back with more friends and family because the combination of yummy drinks and kind staff is unbeatable! He is so friendly, hard-working and very helpful with our order. We got the Tiger Milk Tea and the Ube Latte and both were perfection!
