"This was our first time at Keebler Coffee Roasters! Great location, easily accessible, wonderful environment to relax enjoy a beverage, food, and conversation. It was a very nice change to see individuals reading books, engaged in meanful conversations, and communicating face-to-face. There are also electrical outlets for those individuals requiring a place to charge their device, attend online meetings, etc.. We enjoyed a delicious decaffeinated mocha and lemon poppyseed scone while relaxing on a couch next to a Christmas tree."

"10/24/2025 Keebler coffee always hits the spot. Comfortable, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. Always, excellent service! Dihlyla is a gem! I love the Matcha and Mr. Wonderful sticks with his staple, a mocha. Friendly, engaging staff. Peaceful, welcoming environment. Delicious offerings! I enjoyed a chai latte W/Matcha, and Mr. Wonderful had their white chocolate mocha. Both beverages were delicious. There is a case filled with bakery goods, which we’ll be trying at our next visit."

"My employee left before his order was completed due to rush hour. I went back in to go pick up his order. They made a fresh one and refunded the money back. That gesture alone is more than enough to keep supporting this business. Great job ladies!"

"*Edit* Changing my review of Keebler because wow did Matt and his staff make it right. They responded to my review and made huge efforts to make me feel heard. Very impressed with the response. I guess time will tell if they can get the right staff but Matt had a great one at the counter this morning. I wish I had gotten her name but she apologized for the poor experience and did her best to see that I was taken care of. Thanks Matt and Keebler team for bringing the charm and fixing mistakes. I'll be back soon! ------- Super disappointed this morning in the avocado toast. Brown, like it was leftover from the night before or left out in the air for too long. I asked if it could be remade and the barista said that the avocados were thawing because they were frozen? Avocados shouldn't need to be frozen. Usually Keebler is amazing and I love their coffee and food. Mistakes happen, but it sucked that it kinda ruined my breakfast... Service before this was also poor. No hello, no knowledge on the Pour over options, and pretty cold overall. No apology for the poor quality of the food after I asked for a refund. Refunded and I'm not sure if I'll be back. Very sad... (1 Star)"

"We get coffee at Keebler along every Saturday morning and have always had top tier service. When we started planning our wedding we knew we wanted to share our love of Keebler with our guests. Working closely with Matt, we decided on a roast and ordered 14 bags with custom labeling to give as wedding favors. They were a big hit with our guests! Thanks again to Matt for all his help!"
