"Don’t get coffee here! This place is overpriced, low quality, and feels like a scam. I’m not trying to be a coffee snob, but I can confidently say this coffee is bad. I don’t expect the best cup from a small stand at a transit center, but what I do expect is drinkable coffee at a fair price. Instead, they serve weak, burnt coffee and charge way too much for it. $5.30 for a bad 16oz caramel latte is not acceptable. I’ve had gas literal station coffee that was better than Ciao Caffé. What really pushed me over the edge, though, was the portion size. They didn’t even fill the cup properly. I don’t expect it to be filled to the brim with coffee, I understand there is going to be foam and not every pour is perfect. When I picked it up, it already felt light. Sure enough, when I checked before taking a sip, the foam was sitting half an inch below the rim—and after clearing it, the actual coffee was an inch from the top. In reality, I paid for a 16oz latte and got closer to 12oz. In short: bad coffee, overpriced, and short-poured. Don’t waste your money here."

"Reasonably priced food at a decent enough quality. I generally order a 16 or 20oz drink and a sausage egg and cheese and it costs me around $11—$12 pre-tip, which I feel is reasonable. The food is not exceptionally tasty, but it is hot and it is filling. Drinks are a mixed bag; their seasonal drinks tend to be good, their coffee is *usually* fine (but sometimes has an odd or watery taste), and their Chai is clearly just bottled Chai mixed with hot milk (although I'm doubtless near *every* cafe does that.) Wait times are reasonable. I haven't timed them, but I want to say around 5-10 minutes, but I'd not risk it if your bus leaves in 8. Staff are very, very friendly, always polite, have not once had a bad experience with any of them."
