"Got a caramel frappe and asked specifically for light caramel, an extra shot, and no whip. The drink is in fact not made with an extra shot (at least doesn’t taste so), made with whip cream and an extra drizzle of caramel on top. This is exactly what I didn’t want unfortunately and when I was ordering it didn’t look like the girl working was even trying to understand what I was ordering and didn’t care to. The drink is now sickeningly sweet. :("

"They are very attentive and make sure the drinks are exactly as you ordered. I’m lactose intolerant, and I’ve noticed that other coffee shops don’t really care and just use any kind of milk. I’ve had some really bad experiences, but here they’ve helped me trust again. Please keep it up — listen to your customers; not everyone can enjoy regular milk, and it’s great that you take that into consideration. We’ll definitely be coming back for more coffee! ☕💛"

"Super disappointed in the integrity of the barista who served me today. She asked if I wanted room or to fill it to the top, I said either way is fine, she said it's up to you, I said to the top. She charged me extra for this. If you are adding a charge in addition to what was ordered you need to be honest and transparent with your customer. This lack of communication is why I will not take my coffee addicted self here anymore."

"The drive thru line is ridiculous! DO NOT go here if you are in a time crunch. The drinks are good but the waiting is a killer! You place your order at the same window where you pick up your order. It is unbelievable how painful this process is & how slow it can be to get a few drinks!"
