"I attended the 1st Seattle Best Croissant & Baguette Competition on 3/23/25 and was struck by the accomplished baking skill of the pâtissier at Rila Bakery & Café. The fact that the pâtissier worked in a restaurant but turned to pastry to develop a business is ASTONISHING. Her mushroom croissant and the salmon croissant as well as the pistachio croissant were delicious! The fresh ingredients from the Seattle are show in the croissant taste. The event showcased a few other pastries and their baguette . But I was so struck by the savory croissants, I kept coming back to their table. Delicious! Lucky you in Lynwood area to have Rila Bakery & Café easily available to you!"

"Their breads were fresh and tasty. Get there early, so you can get it fresh. The cake wasn't my favorite (a bit too sugary) and their matcha latte, perhaps not the best I've had. I'm not sure if it was the brand, but it had an odd taste. Everyone there was very nice and attentive. Clean space and spacious. You can read there or do some homework, which I saw a few people do so."
