"This is what I ordered on DoorDash. I did ask for LIGHT caramel drizzle in a custom note if it was available. Why my drink was 1/4 caramel disappoints me greatly. Gravity has no care for customers requests."

"This place has gotten worse. We moved to MV 4 years ago and this is not how it was. The team just feels off and not inviting. I’m not expecting Dutch bro vibes but if someone is paying $7+ for one drink, at least show a smile and ask how my day is. I can tell retention is low at this place given the attitude these employees give. Also, I understand inflation but WTH - $4.75 for a basic americano with no flavoring. Once you add that, it’s up to $7+. I just hope they do a better job at the other Gravity down the road because I will not go to this one any longer (if and when I decide to spend $7 on another AMERICANO)."

Straight up peptobismol cough syrup flavor. Shaving price for real fruit smoothies is a horrible corporate mistake."
