What People Are Saying
from Google"I used to live in the PNW and BigFoot Java was my go to... it has been WAY too long and I finally was able to get back up here. On my way to Vancouver BC, I stopped by this location and even got their sandwiches!! The drinks are always good. Staff always friendly, this was a drive up and walk up. This was the 1st time I've ever gotten a sandwich from here (When I used to get Big Foot, they didn't sell sandwiches). I got a Turkey sandwich and that thing was flavorful!!!"
"We tried this location and there was a dark haired barista that used her mouth to bite open the lemonade container to refill the machine then continued to make our drinks. We wanted a refund (we paid before we got our drinks) she seemed annoyed that was an issue for us and told us she couldn't give a refund and would have to contact the manager. We opted for different drinks to avoid further issue but if she did that who know what else she did, definitely wouldn't recommend this location."
"I come here often to grab coffee for my coworkers and have never had any issues until this past weekend. Jamie, one of the baristas at this location, said my total was $39.96 for four drinks. I handed her $50 in cash and told her to keep the rest as her tip and asked for a receipt. When I got to work, I noticed on the receipt that my drinks only cost about $30 and that she had added her own gratuity of 30% on top of what the drinks originally cost without my consent before telling me the total, meaning that she essentially got a tip of $18.83. I spoke to some of my coworkers and they said that she had done something similar to them in the past as well. I am extremely appalled that Bigfoot has allowed this to happen and cannot believe they would continue to employ someone who is so dishonest and is essentially stealing from their customers."
"To the owners of Big Foot, I'm making this review as a concerned customer regarding a serious issue that needs immediate attention: the bee infestation at your location. I'm allergic to bees, and having them flying around my car and even inside it while ordering a drink is not only uncomfortable, but potentially dangerous. Today, I witnessed a bee fly directly into the head of the young woman helping me at the window. She was incredibly kind and professional, but I was honestly shocked to see employees working under those conditions. This isn’t about the occasional bee, there were many bees, flying in and out of the building continuously. It strongly suggests there may be a hive nearby, possibly in the attic or within the structure itself. For the safety of your customers and your hardworking staff, I urge you to bring in a professional to assess and resolve the issue. No one should be put at risk just to grab a drink or to serve one. Creating a safe and welcoming environment benefits everyone. Thank you."
"not sure who my barista was but she was so amazing and sweet normally I’m not a big fan of coffee places but I was on my way to the airport and 10/10 I would definitely go again the code was great"
