"I have an extraordinary usual order (if it ain't broke, don't fix it). If there's a line, well over 80% of the time, Lily, Allie, Sam, Laina, and most of the other girls - whose names sadly escape me - recognize my truck and have my drink ready by the time I reach the window. I also have a very discriminating palate; I can tell within 2-3 sips if something is off. On the rare one-off chance it is, all the girls have been very gracious and polite as they fix it for me. It's that personal touch that keeps me coming back. Keep it up ladies - you ROCK!!"
