"I’ve been a long time customer since high school almost 10 years ago now and I absolutely LOVE every gal at the Grove St location, even as some have gone over the years the other ones who have come in are so sweet. I can always count on the quickest service even with a long line they have girls moving and groovin getting us all served quickly and on our way with a delish drink."

"We generally visit the Stanwood location or occasionally the Lake Stevens location. Our first time to Grove Street may likely be our last :( Shots of espresso sat way too long before being added to the drink- bitter and almost impossible to enjoy. My only wish was that I had tried it before driving away to have the opportunity to have it remade. We order the same drink and are very used to the flavor when made right.. this was unfortunate."

"The barristas are always nice and service is streamlined especially when they are busy. They make great drinks. It does get a little tricky when they're more cars than can fit on their lot."

"Came here on Sunday the 17th at 3:15 and asked for a surprise lotus and the girl in a camo tank top and the other one were so rude and not friendly at all. Worst customer service. I ended up with just a strawberry red lotus which I coulda just ordered that but I wanted a surprise so I was expecting a good surprise. Won’t be back"

"My husband and I come here multiple times a week. My husband doesn’t drink coffee but he comes to get mine. They know my drink and make it perfectly every time. I change up the flavoring sometimes but they always know to make it less sweet, packed with ice and no water. My drink is perfection every time. The girls are so kind and friendly. They’re always full of compliments and asking us about our lives. I cannot recommend this location enough!"
