"Regularly come here but they don’t acknowledge us as regulars in any way. I came in and got a coffee yesterday and then came back due to spilling all over me and my car from an accident and they didn’t offer any humanity and recharged me for the drink. My other coffee places would have never done this. Do better caring about the local regulars in the area! *response to owner- I would never swear and actually what I said was that “I am happy that at least your business profited off my accident” . However I am so happy to see that you would show the public how you lie about customers and make up these types of outrageous statements when customers provide legitimate feedback! I will make sure to let all of the area know about your unethical practices and my terrible experience!"

I tried coffee at Lord Hill a couple times. The coffee was great and customer service is good. I would recommend this place."
