"Due to over-extraction, the aftertaste was bitter and it was not the taste of medium roasting bean. Roasters usually use at least 2 grinders due to the difference between dark roasting and medium, and the grinder is thin and has a lot of miscellaneous taste due to excessive extraction to make a large amount of espresso shots. Cookies are served per cup of coffee, and it's a renovated family home, so it's a good place to sit at an outdoor table in the garden and relax for a while. Coffee is not that good."
