"Very friendly service, I hate to do this to businesses in my city. But I paid nearly 7 dollars for 4 sips of coffee . They put way too much ice in and I hardly had coffee. The few sips I had were delicious but for what is being paid for the drinks here I would really like more drink itself."

"I have stopped at this coffee shop on and off for a few years, and unfortunately the service and reliability have declined. During my last several visits, I’ve been told they didn’t have the correct lids or cups for my drink. On multiple occasions they’ve also been out of straws, meaning the blended drinks I ordered couldn’t be consumed unless I switched to my own cup. Today I placed a large order online, and when I arrived I was told they have not had cup holders “for a while.” Given the size of my order and the fact that it was placed in advance, I found this especially disappointing. What made the experience worse was the staff laughing as I struggled to find a way to carry all of the drinks without spilling them. This felt unprofessional and dismissive. Please see the attached photo. If you expect to receive your order as advertised and prepared appropriately, I recommend choosing a different Gravity location."

"I really love this coffee stand! Their coffee tastes amazing, and it’s always made just right. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick cup in the morning or when I need a little pick-me-up. Friendly service and great flavors every time!"

"I am actually sick to my stomach after the beverage I received from this location. We ordered DoorDash for the office and received completely inedible coffee. I ordered an iced latte and was given a liquid with chunks of something floating around in it, a whole shot worth of grounds at the bottom, and the consistency of syrup. My coworker ordered an iced macchiato that smelled and tasted like cigarettes and was completely translucent. When we tried to call the location about this issue, the phone number is disconnected. They have NO way to contact them. I have never had such a bad experience with a coffee stand."

"I came by with my wife and kids and i can’t thank Kevin enough. He was so patient and helpful when it came to finding what drinks my kids were talking about. amazing service and great atmosphere, he seemed very experienced and was able to get us our drinks so fast. Truly a great experience, will definitely come by again and hope he’s working !!"
