"Usually Gravity is my favorite place to go in Orting..but unfortunately today service was not up to my usual top tier standard given from there. A girl took my order and was very rushed and gave me my receipt all crumpled up in the clip board..ofcourse I gave her the benefit of the doubt since anyone can have a bad day and it's none of my business..but to have received a VERY watered down chocolate peanut butter shake that had absolutely NO peanut butter and barely any chocolate. Just basically a slushy with a hint of chocolate. Very disappointed with my service today."

"Staff is super chill!! They let me and a group walk through the drive through. I’ve been to some gravity coffees before but this is probably the best one I’ve gone to. I got the supernova, kind of like an Italian soda. Perfect for an early morning! Prices are good, too."

"I love the gals that work here. They are always smiling and making their customers happy even before the coffee is delivered. There is often a line but it moves quick. The flavor offerings are new and fun, I haven't liked them all but definitely have new favorites. The business is in the middle of changing pricing, which threw me for a loop when there was nothing on the menu board. Luckily all the ladies working helped me pick exactly what I was craving and I have a new go to coffee! Thanks"

"Wow!! Not Happy or impressed with Orting Gravity! I ordered a drink for my bf and I. Asked for 32oz drink very light ice and this is what I received. I said this doesn’t look like light ice and it was half full. Also she stirred so much she filled it with bubbles so it looked full. Does this look full? Nope. Not satisfied with the purposeful misleading of a full drink!!! For the cost I’m super disappointed.
