"WOW. The experience today was unforgettable!! I’m all about great customer service and delicious drinks when visiting local coffee shops and Sip&Co definitely deliverd that to me. The first time i ever tried Sip&Co i was on my way back from a stressful day at work and this male who took my order only made it harder for me. The drink was good, but he was so rude! He took my order with an attitude and once he started to make my drink, it was obvious he was talking about me. I felt so uncomfortable. Today, i came back and brought some of my coworkers with me. It was there first ever time for them trying it so i wanted there first experience to be better than mine was, and im so grateful it was. Before taking our order, this red head girl greeted us and made us feel so special. We got our drinks, talked a little, and then we left. The drinks were so good as usual, but it was the great customer service that made this little coffee stop so special."

"I had seen their cups online and I thought I’d try them out today. The lady who took my order was very kind and professional. Open to answering questions about their drinks. I was looking for gifts for my nieces and I bought two gift cards because I know that they like their drinks. And I ordered one for myself. It was the white chocolate peppermint mocha Blondie. It was very good and it was on the sweeter side, but I think it’s a nice treat every now and then. All in all a good visit."

"I’ve visited Sip&Co. a few times over the past several months, including shortly after they first opened. Unfortunately, my most recent visit made me decide I won’t be returning. To start, the drinks are quite expensive for the quality. I also visited on my birthday and asked if they offered any type of birthday drink or promotion. I was told they do not, and the response came across as rude and dismissive. While I understand that not every business offers birthday perks, the way it was communicated left a bad impression, especially since many other local coffee shops do make an effort to acknowledge their customers. Additionally, the drink quality has been inconsistent. Each visit, the drinks have tasted different, and during my last visit I didn’t even finish mine. Overall, the customer service has been disappointing, and it feels like more attention should be given to training and consistency. There are plenty of other coffee shops that offer better service and a more welcoming experience, so I’ll be choosing to support those instead."

"We drove from Spokane, the line was long but to be expected.. the cups are super cute and great from a marketing perspective but that can only take you so far as a business long term. We ordered the cloud 9 and Dulce de leche both 16oz. The girl that took our order was not helpful when asked what flavors were in each drink. We got to the window and they handed us the 12oz mini cans. We tried to explain that we ordered 16oz cans and the two employees at the window tried gaslighting us that those cans were 16oz…. We paid 16 dollars for mediocre coffee and terrible customer service."

"Cute gem of a coffee stand. The menu and overall marketing is nice. I love the idea of a “canned” coffee or bev even though it does range in the pricier side per oz. I got the Ube Matcha and can definitely say I prefer it to every other coffee stand matcha I’ve had. Boyfriend got an energy drink with strawberry syrup and he’s happy with it. Our wait time was about 8 min but it seems they only had one person working at the time so that’s totally acceptable, she was pleasant and got us our drinks fast. Definitely a place I will stop when I’m in the area.🖤"
