"By far my favorite coffee shop in the Tri Cities! Not only are their regular drinks bomb, but Carmen and Cinthia never fail to come up with new and amazing drinks pretty much every day it seems. Their roast is a perfect blend, good to have by itself. The coffee crush is the only stand i’ve seen with every flavor imaginable, and if for some reason they don’t have it, they will go out the next day and get it for you. The owners and employees here will make you feel like you’re family, not just a regular customer. My only complaint would be not having enough shops everywhere else in the tri lol!! Highly recommend"

"Worse experience ever. Asked for very light ice and was charged for it but still got more than half my cup full of ice. Not the first time it’s happened either. It’s like if I asked for extra ice every time I ask for light ice. Need a refund on my drink honestly or a remake. Even have a stamp card."

Their dedication to crafting beverages and presentations is undeniable. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Upon entering, the atmosphere is noticeably cold; a recent visit saw us standing unattended for quite some time despite being clearly visible to the staff, with no greeting offered or “hello I can take your order in a minute” Inquiries were met with palpable disdain, making the simple act of ordering a frustrating ordeal. While the quality of their products is commendable, a significant improvement in staff demeanor and customer engagement is crucial for this promising establishment to truly thrive. I hope to see the next time we attempt to go a change in atmosphere."
