"*sigh* yet another place that says they have “real fruit smoothies.” I made sure to say “I'd like a real fruit smoothie with ____, ____, ____, etc.” I’ll say that it’s not the baristas fault or anything. She was very sweet. I just can’t tell you how many places I’ve been to that offer ‘real fruit smoothies’, then after you receive it… it’s basically just blended ice + syrup. It DOES taste good…. But I can’t drink it because these kinds of drinks are just liquified candy 😞 I haven’t tried any of their other beverages. I’m sure they are great.. i just can’t handle spending another $10 on a blended concentrated juice syrup."

"Very welcoming, customer orientated staff. I go all the time, I love all the sugar free options, and that most the staff remembers I need ASFAP because I have T1D. My current go-to Opal suggested, and I've been hooked since! The manager, Ally, is always on top of it!"

"The managers would receive chunky/funny milk for their blended drinks and would make the baristas use it despite them not wanting too. The baristas are also not good about rotating milks and often use expired milk before realizing it and throw it out. Same goes for food, I have received food items that are expired a few times now. Managers (especially the sedgwick one) treats their employees terribly and are extremely rude. There has been many instances where the manager doesn’t hold herself to the same standard as the baristas and doesn’t even follow the rules she sets for them & picks her favorites."

"I ordered a coral tsunami with a couple of my favorite flavorings and watched as the barista poured Shasta club soda (or some other substitute) for the base of my drink. If I wanted an Italian soda I would have asked for one instead of the energy drink I originally ordered. I was in a rush to go to work, so I didn't say anything initially. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because the girls and service are nice, and I'm a regular of the Sedgwick location. However I am disappointed that, instead of telling me they didn't have the coral tsunami at this location, they didn't offer a substitute tsunami base and used a club soda instead without saying anything."
