What People Are Saying
from Google"I’m a strong believer that customer service is just as important, if not more, than the food you receive. The service I received today was nothing less than deplorable. From the guy Will behind the counter getting pissed off at me for ordering a wrap to the guy behind the soup counter not being willing to refill the bowl lids (manager saw him say no and did it himself), the service here was reminiscent of a mall kiosk that’s about to close. Food is alright but realistically the experience ruins the appetite."
"Fairly decent for campus food, probably the best dining hall on campus however it's hours leave something to be lacking. The atmosphere is far less busy then either northside or southside. If you want decent food and a more quite experience, this is the dining hall you should go to."
"Pros: -A short walk from my dorm. -Good portion sizes. (Depends on the worker.) -Relatively clean and tidy. -Staff are nice. Cons: -Not enough staff at the registers sometimes. -Food is below average. -Prices can be unreasonable."
"This Diner is handicapped accessible. There is handicapped parking, a handicapped access ramp and handicapped switch activated doors as well. The Diner is clean, nicely painted and inviting. They have a wonderful friendly kitchen staff and the quality of the food is outstanding and on point. They have plenty of seating areas and they also have a separate seating area for functions with a seating capacity of about 100 guests. A great spot to eat, have conversation or study."
"Eh, it's an okay cafeteria on campus. They have soup, which is a plus. The salad bar is usually really good, but I recently had a salad where the olives one day were REALLY funky smelling and tasting. I think they might've been left out in the warm for too long."
