"I used to get coffee here every day as a Pullman local. I had to stop because of expenses. Today I came in to treat my boyfriend and I for our anniversary and I ordered him an Americano (it was great) and myself I ordered a Salted caramel mocha with 2 extra shots and extra sweet (i always get the same thing) however, it wasnt sweet at all, no mocha at all, and I couldn't taste any of the espresso. It was just a cup of warm milk at that point. Im really disappointed because when I used to come here they would make my coffee perfect every single time. I paid about 11 bucks for a cup of milk. I changed my review because the owner refunded me and apologized for the bad experience. I appreciated that and will give Neil's another try :)"

"I love being able to get fun drinks that aren’t necessarily coffee, and the Lotus drinks and smoothies are perfect for that! I’ve only had a couple of other food items (a muffin and a breakfast sandwich) but they were both delicious! I’m also a fan of being able to buy flavored syrups; to my knowledge they are the only local ones that sell a wide variety of syrups. If you’re in the mood for ice cream, they have a variety that you can choose from, and also can turn into a shake! 10/10"

"I had the turkey pesto panini. It was 99 percent mayo maybe 1 percent turkey and a smidge of pesto. Extremely disappointing. I actually puked a little as I personally hate mayo and it was literally dripping out of my panini. I did not taste any pesto. I will never be back."
