"Pulled into the coffee stand half-awake and fully committed to surviving on caffeine alone and somehow drove away with a latte and a whole new outlook on life. The barista (Riley I think?) was pure sunshine in human form. Kind, bubbly, and the kind of genuinely sweet that makes you forget how grumpy you were five minutes ago. She hyped me up, wished me the best day, and meant it. I don’t know what she put in that coffee, but it tasted like encouragement and good vibes. Proof that sometimes all it takes to turn your day around is a great cup of coffee and a barista who reminds you the world is still a really nice place 💛"
"The staff is very nice!! They’re always really sweet especially when I take my kids through! The only thing I really don’t like is when you order a drink with any type of syrup, The sugar to coffee ratio needs work. I don’t usually have to adjust how many pumps of syrup I need in a drink except here. I’ve ordered a normal peppermint mocha at two different Gravity locations and it is absolutely horrible! It doesn’t taste anything except like I’m drinking straight chocolate syrup. Not to mention the drink was about $10. I took two sips and dumped it out when I got home. I don’t like going with Sbux normally but they have an overall better tasting drink that costs less with lots of thought put into how it’s made. No other gripes for me but it all starts and ends with drink quality and taste."
"We came here during their free drink event from August 8th-10th and the staff here was friendly for the most part. Once we got to the window, most of the staff here was friendly but it seemed there was a few miscommunications and one who is a bit harsh with customers (the way she worded her sentences to us). Our drinks had been made but they didn't let the others know so we had to wait there an extra few minutes but we didn't mind since it was free and they were getting quite busy. I got the bobalicious which was refreshingly and sweet while my boyfriend got their Area 51 (perfect as always). We did have our dogs with us in the car and one of the employees asked if they could have treats and she even asked if she could feed them. One of the treats flew as one of our dogs was eager but she was kind enough to get another treat for them. The only other gripe we have with this location is the way to get in is a bit confusing as you can only go in a specific way. Other than that, a solid gravity coffee location."
"Came for Customer Appreciation Day and left disappointed. Our order was wrong, and when we got to the window, we only received 3 out of 4 drinks. I told them we had ordered two of the same drink, but they denied it, saying they only saw one on their screen. I asked if I could get the missing drink there or if I’d need to go to the back of the line, understanding it was a busy day. The woman at the window said (rather rudely) that she could ring it up but it wouldn’t be free. When I asked why, she explained it’s “one per person per car.” I understand that policy… except there were four people in the car. They apparently didn’t notice my sister sitting behind me, and instead of clarifying, they just stared at me like they assumed I was lying. Another worker had already started making the drink, so I ended up getting it, but there was no apology—just rude looks. It’s not my fault they didn’t pay attention. Overall, the service was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers on Customer Appreciation Day, I wouldn’t recommend this location."
