"Drinks are okay. Can get better quality for cheaper/same price elsewhere. I have been told that the owner does not treat the employees fairly, which makes sense based off the demeanor of the workers behind the counter. Not to mention, there has been a history of fruit fly infestations in which, from pictures of drinks I’ve seen from friends, they have found fruit flies inside their cup. Employees I’ve spoken to during past visits have had experiences of unfairness as well. Their treatment, from being given hours to communication between them and the owner, is just as important as the business. Unfortunately, the owner does not seem to care for the wellbeing of anyone, but to simply keep the business running. I hope our tips are going only to the baristas. They deserve it. Their morale seems to be very low, which must be why they seem understaffed now."

"I’ve had several disappointing customer service experiences here over the past few months. The staff came across as short and unwelcoming, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Questions felt like an inconvenience, and there was little effort to make the experience pleasant. Combined with inconsistent drink quality, it’s hard to justify the prices when there are other boba spots nearby with friendlier service and better drinks."

"First time to this new location in town. I usually go to the one in Federal Way. Many flavors to choose from. Today 1/20/22, I purchased the Milk Thai tea $5.50 and the Honeydew Milk tea with coconut jelly. The restaurant is a good size. I’m so glad there are more boba store options in town. This will be one I would frequent. Also, conveniently located next to the South Hill Mall."

"Couple of rude girls manning the counter had a change in attitude when they flipped their little iPad over to get an 18% tip for doing nothing. Then it was all smiles. Happily pushed the zero considering 3 drinks was $27. Rude staff. Overpriced. Very clean, organized and nice inside."
