"I have seen someone post this comment before and the fact it has yet to be addressed is very disappointing. I believe it’s very unsanitary and unhygienic for the baristas to constantly put their hands on the straws to place it in my drink exactly where my mouth goes. This has happened MULTIPLE times to me and everyone I know. Why are the wrappers off the straws???? I don’t understand why they continue to do this, if you can’t guarantee that your baristas are washing their hands then they shouldn’t be putting straws in our drinks. This is a health department concern."
