"Big Foot Java is my go to place for great coffee options. Hot, cold, sweet, fancy, they can serve up whatever you fancy. You can get hot and cold options. The attendants are always friendly, the service is fast. The coffee is always great. And if for any reason you don't like it, they will remake it for you. My favorite drink is a white chocolate coconut, iced or blended. Always with whipped cream. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed."

They always greet customers with a smile, and it really makes a difference. A special shout-out to my favorite barista, Rena she remembers my usual order every time, without me even having to say a word. That kind of attention and consistency is rare. "We stopped here on customer appreciation day for the first time and tried ordering a caramel machiatto. The gal taking our order didn’t seem to understand that we just wanted extra ice , so the manager came over to take the order, where she yelled at us…. Very startling interaction, and seemingly unwarranted. She said it was against their policy to add additional ice to both the drinks, and then gave us both two caramel macchiatos with little to no ice and way too much milk and caramel. Terrible interaction… we definitely won’t be back. We’ve ordered the same thing in Federal way, Renton, and Issaquah, and they have never had an issue."
