from Google & Yelp"Very cozy coffee shop for a nice study day or for a nice coffee date! Their coffee was delicious and their croissants were so buttery! There also seems to be a night menu with some fun drinks available, very cute for an Eastlake drink!"
"Good place to get a quick cozy coffee. The place is a nice spot to relax and drink coffee. The service here is great. Small menu, the matcha was better than I anticipated but was mostly cause it was sweet. I'd come back."
"I've always liked the ambience of this coffee shop in Roosevelt. However, the service this morning was notably dismissive - and truly disappointing. I tried to engage with a nice 'hello and thank you' and even tipped, but the staff was cold and barely communicative—even failing to acknowledge a 'thank you' upon leaving when I initiated it. It’s disappointing to feel invisible in a space you are supporting. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where the atmosphere matches the price point."
"Ok this may be my new favorite place. Atmosphere is perfect - dark but lit, with comfortable seating and tables for working. Coffee is chefs kiss (I had a soy latte). Barista is friendly and kind. It’s exactly what I love."
"I needed to kill a little bit of time before meeting up with my partner in Eastlake, and was delighted to find Armistace. I treated myself to a Mocha, and a hot chocolate for my kid. I considered a London Fog as I noticed a selection of brewed teas on the menu, but that day felt like an espresso day, and the barista offered to make me a different drink if I found the chocolate too sweet, which it was not. We found a cozy corner and the seating was comfy enough and I enjoyed a good half hour of chit chat with my kid. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the neighborhood."
