"This place was so charming! I love a good bookstore cafe. Service was very friendly and we just felt at home. We had a delicious Mediterranean-inspired brunch here. The potatoes could’ve been a little crispier and seasoned more. But loved the ambience and the service! It’s located in the back of Third Place Books, but was pretty spacious and had a lot of seating, including outside seating as well. And had a cute kids corner with toys to keep little kiddos entertained. We’d love to come back to try out their lunch/dinner menu!"

"The patio is so cute! I came here about a year ago and got lunch. It was tasty but on expensive side ($30 ish for a lunch plate). Today’s experience compelled me to write a review though. I ordered their matcha latte and no way was it matcha. Tasted like a mango green tea with some milk in it which was super disappointing since I was really wanting iced matcha that morning."

"I have been coming here for years since college and still do. Great coffee, good food, and a cozy local place to relax in one of my favorite bookstores. Also helps that their hours are great for anyone with classes or remote work needing to sit somewhere. The owner, her family, and employees are sweet, clearly working hard, and always fun to talk to. Definitely recommend people support this little spot that helps make Roosevelt such a great place to be! There is a play area for families, if you need, and they offer vegetarian options too. Noise levels are great with people idly chatting. Wheelchair/powerchair accessible and internet + outlets in the bookstore area."

"The staff here are super friendly, the food was really good. I got a baba ganoush and fish & chips. I loved the dip and pita, the fish and chips were really fresh and crispy. The restaurant kind of gave a homey feel. Would definitely come back again to try the mac and cheese as it looked delicious! I sadly did not take a photo because I was too hungry and ate it all :("
