"I usually get the T-Mobile coupon for Cafe ladro where the fine print says “ Buy one coffee and get 5$ off on the second one”. In the last one year, I went to this store 2-3 times to redeem this offer but not even a single barista knows how to do it. Finally, u ended up paying full price. I have no regrets about the coffee though. Please train your baristas on how to apply a coupon the POS. Standard answer every time: Sorry, we don’t know how to apply this coupon. We need to check with our manager and unfortunately he is not here at the moment."

Tried both an Americano, to get a sense of the espresso bean flavor, and a mocha: both were fantastic, with a full-bodied bean flavor that’s not too bitter or burnt. Great service and quick turnaround on orders means this is a great spot for people on the go."
