"We love chocolati! We visited yesterday evening with our four kids. Employee Shai (Cheyenne) was so friendly to our kids and made the kids hot chocolate perfectly to order. The drinks for my wife and me were awesome, too! Highly recommend for excellent hot chocolate and great service."

"Quite mediocre coffee and the barista taking order was kind of rude. They were quite jolly and delightful for all the previous customers, and then suddenly as my turn came in, they became rude and cold. Had to wait for ~20 min to get my coffee since I ordered, that too for 8oz Latte, for $5.25."

"Yummy, slightly messy hot chocolate in a little coffee place. Great to-go when walking around the lake. The 72% dark chocolate ($5-6) is the only vegan hot chocolate option - there are non-dairy alternatives for coffees & teas. It's a little bitter and pretty good, but the chocolate sauce is quite messy and spills over the rim of the cup (even with a lid on) so be careful! I wish I got some whipped cream on top, it would add a lot texturally as well! Pretty cute, tiny establishment with limited indoor seating so it's definitely great to get to-go drinks for a walk around the lake, especially in the cold winter months."

"Terrible service. Drinks are fine but the lady (who said she’s been working here since she was 17 and is now 21), was rude and complained at every order. Wouldn’t make a mixed drink because she was tired, cursed constantly, and stopped at every order. I feel sorry for the owner of this phenomenal small business - great product, great concept. It is hard to succeed as is as an entrepreneur but to have employees like this who are costing you thousands of dollars a year, it is sad to see. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place went out of business just from this one woman in the next 12 months."
