"This Copenhagen-style cafe really did remind me of the cafes I visited when I was in Copenhagen. I ordered a latte — the coffee flavor was subtle. It wasn’t the best latte I’ve had, but it’s definitely worth a visit for the space alone. There’s plenty of seating if you want to read a book or get some work done, including an upstairs area. The interior is minimal with just the right touch of hip. A great spot to chill for a bit."

"Later in my Pioneer Square walk-about, I stopped in for a coffee at Day Made Kaffe Bar, a little café near the stadiums. I ordered a double espresso. The owner asked if wanted sparking water, which I gladly accepted. I asked if I could drink it at the counter, she said “Italian style? Sure!” The coffee was good and the service was fantastic."

From the real mugs, to the glass plates, to the metal silverware, to the refillable cups at the water station…beautiful :) By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean, man fish, so it means a lot to me as a customer to support businesses that are mindful of our planet. I also appreciate that you have a Compost receptacle. Overall, I had a lovely experience here. The food and the coffee were delicious as well. "Day Made is a fairly new Danish-style coffee shop in Pioneer Square that has unique coffees and soft serve. At the owner’s recommendation, I tried the affogato with olive oil and espresso dust. It was delicious and I have never had an affogato made like that before. My partner ordered the apple espresso tonic. He loved it. I had a sip and thought it was refreshing. I’d love to come back and have the affogato again and try more from the menu."
