"All of the drinks, and baked goods I’ve had have been great. Their matcha is not overly sweet (not sure if sweetened at all) which I appreciate. Their outdoor space is lovely. Only downside is that there’s usually a line out the door, especially on weekends, but I’ve never found the wait to be too long."

"This review is about sustainability only! 😌 By 2050 there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of the plastic we consume does not actually get recycled. Instead it lands in landfills, incinerators, and our waterways. For a cafe in a waterfront city, I was sad to see nearly everyone enjoying the coffee to stay…in a throwaway single use plastic cup. There seems to be a disconnect from the real mugs and plateware you indeed offer (love it!) and the execution of the drink. Perhaps your staff could ask customers explicitly if they’re staying to have the bevvy. Perhaps you could promote “for here” options on social. But the status quo surely isn’t working. Since you have the reusables already: promote them! Communicate them! Normalize them! Thanks for considering my concerns and feedback."

"Good coffee and pastry. I had a cappuccino with soy milk and a gluten-free marionberry biscuit. Both were good! I love the atmosphere with the different rooms and plenty of seating at the outdoor bar. Service was good, there is often a small line to order but the staff is very friendly and helpful."

There's both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great for any weather. Although it might feel claustrophobic to some with condensed settings. The coffee is consistently great, and the cookies are a tasty treat to go along with it. Little bit on the pricier end. It’s definitely a popular spot, so be prepared for a line, but it’s worth the wait. They have some books and games available to borrow but that shelf looks pretty run down so limited options. Overall, a lovely, cozy place to relax and enjoy a quality cup of coffee."
