"I'd been looking forward to this place, and it definitely delivered. I had the Milanese sandwich, which had fried pork chop and a kimchi/mayo slaw between focaccia bread. Let's start with the bread. It's what the place is most known for, and I thought it was good, but not amazing. The inside was crazy soft - some of the fluffiest focaccia I've had. It pulled apart so easily. The outside was salted pretty well, but it just wasn't crispy at all. Most of the top and bottom was just too soft in my opinion - I think I would've enjoyed this much more if there had been a crunch to this sandwich / the bread had been baked for longer. It wasn't enough to detract from the sandwich, but the potential was missed to elevate it. With that said, there's only two other parts to the sandwich, and they were both fantastic. The pork was astonishingly good. It was fried super well - the breading managed to stay crispy with a ton of flakes, and it stayed on the meat. It had a deep golden brown to it. More important, though, the juiciness was unreal. If I didn't know this was pork chop I 100% would've guessed pork belly. It's astonishingly flavorful - every bite is so rich and so good. It blows away most of the pork katsu or fried pork cutlets I've had. The amount is also plentiful throughout this sandwich. The slaw helps a lot with both moisture and freshness. The cabbage provides a refreshing earthiness to each bite, while the mayo makes sure that there's a slight spiciness and wetness involved. It works very well as a sauce on this. It's an expensive sandwich - coming in over $20 - but it's also massive. This could easily be split between two people, or a very hungry person, like I was. Overall, these sandwiches are simple, but the quality is pretty excellent. 9/10"

"Lovely restaurant with great customer service. The sandwiches never disappoint and salad was hearty. I did think the mushroom soup was sour but they tasted it and confirmed that it was due to the vinegar. They graciously offered to remove it from my bill, though, which I did not expect and really appreciated."

"My absolute favorite place for a sandwich , I cried a little bit the first time I ate here and ever since then I’ve dragged my brother to come with me haha because a place like this needs to be shared. Even with the meat substitutions, because I’m Vegetarian, it doesn’t compromise on the amazing flavor of these sandwiches are able to pack. These bad boys are HUGE!! but they’re so damn good that I finish it regardless because I never want the meal to end. It is pricy but I feel it is justified with the size and quality of ingredients especially the focaccia baked in house 🤤🤤🤤"

"At hushy’s I had one of the best and also one of the most expensive sandwiches I have ever had. The focaccia is amazing and tastes just like Italy. I am obsessed with their mortadella and the turkey sandwich was equally amazing. Paying $22 for a single sandwich was painful but at least the sandwiches are large. That being said, I will be going back."

"Pleasantly surprised with this new addition to the former Livbud space. They offer a variety of sandwiches on fresh bread. I was happy to see vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. The roasted carrot was great, though some palates may find it a bit salty, I personally loved the flavor of the bean spread. Arnold Palmer was delicious and refreshing. I will be back and will bring my partner to try the meat options!"
