What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I was invited to eat here with a couple of friends. So happy I came. I had the smash burger, it was delicious and perfectly smashed and crispy. My friend had a fresh baked gluten free bun on her burger and my other friend had the vegetarian curry burger, no bun. We were all content. With our burgers, we got a ceasar salad, house made fries and a cookie. I’ll be back. Yum."
"Joe’s Bayside Market is an absolute hidden gem and easily home to the best burger I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was beyond kind — genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming in a way that feels rare these days. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Now, the food… wow. The Ohklahoma burger was completely off the charts. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and stacked just right — every bite was better than the last. This is the kind of burger you think about long after you’ve finished it. The fries were just as impressive: crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and served hot and fresh. No soggy fries here — just absolute perfection. The seating area was clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and actually enjoy your meal instead of rushing through it. On top of that, the market itself is absolutely adorable. It’s a small, charming space where you can grab everyday essentials like toilet paper, peanut butter, olive oil, and other necessities — which just adds to the convenience and neighborhood feel. Joe’s Bayside Market isn’t just a place to grab amazing food; it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and again. Outstanding burgers, perfectly cooked fries, exceptional customer service, and a cozy, well-kept environment — this place checks every box. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a genuinely pleasant experience. 🍔🍟"
"I heard this place had a good smashburger, so came to try it out! I’d say it’s good…not the best. The burger could’ve been seasoned more and “smashed” more. It’s put on a house made bun, which was a little too “bready” for me and I wasn’t loving the sesame seeds. Got the tots. They were okay too, but they give you a lot! There’s a small dining area, but it seemed spacious; and they had a cute little kid corner for kids to draw at. It’s also a little bodega with a small assortment of snacks and beverages. Has very friendly and neighborhoody vibes. I’d come back again to try their chopped cheese and maybe a breakfast burrito!"
"Super nice surprise! This small market has wine, beer, a frozen section, some dry goods, but most importantly a full restaurant inside. The chopped cheese we received was delicious and the perfect size/price ratio. I also enjoyed my smash burger (although will probably get something different next time.) The dining area is small, but the vibes inside were relaxed and inviting. Will be back!"
"solid Oklahoma smash. lemon garlic aioli dominates. patty tad underseasoned, pickles tad thick, shredduce too fine for my liking. i think they toast their buns crust side which keep it moist and toasts the sesame v well!"
"Love this local counter and market! Amazingly crispy tots every time, whether inside a burrito or as a side. The smashburger is excellent but I think the..."
